Here are the details: Use our Distribution Agreement if:
Our Distribution Agreement lets you: Pull any prayer from our on-line work whenever you need one, and make as many copies as you need for your classes and services. You can even copy "Siddur Ba-Eir Hei-Teiv --- The Transliterated Siddur" in its entirety and distribute that. Please read our Distribution Agreement for Non-Profit Organizations and let us know if it suits your institution. Note: Permission is granted for individuals to print or download pages for their own private study or for insertion into the corresponding pages of their published Hebrew-English siddur. No payment or contractual agreement is necessary. If you find this helpful, a tax-deductible donation to my synagogue "in appreciation for The Transliterated Siddur" is welcome. You may not redistribute or publish these transliterations in any manner, nor incorporate any excerpts into another work. The transliterations that you print or download must be for your own personal use. By downloading or transcribing our work, you also agree to retain our copyright notices. |
Here are the details: Use our Publishing Agreement if any of the following apply:
Our Publishing Agreement lets you: Produce your own customized printed work, under your own logo, incorporating any or all of our work, with any modifications you desire to make, combined with anything else you put in. Design your siddur to promote your institution and to meet the special
needs of your own educational programs and congregational events. You
may sell them, and/or sell advertising in them, as a fundraiser. New! We now have a Publishing Agreement for a Family Siddur. Use it to make a custom Siddur for your own family that will not be sold nor contain paid advertising. You may modify our transliterations, combine our work with your own material, print your custom siddur under your own imprint, and there's no need for royalty accounting! (A one-time $18 donation to my synagogue is required instead.) Production quantities and distribution is limited by the needs of your own family. See the new Publishing Agreement for a Family Siddur for details, and let us know if it suits your situation. |
